Your posts are easy to read, there's not a lot of clutter... All around, it's a great journal.
This past week and weekend was PRIDE. and I was proud. So proud I tired myself out. ha ha
Walked 9 miles yesterday, and I loved it...after I was done. I bitched about it while I was doing it. ha ha
I ate pretty well yesterday 2200 calories over my goal intake but it was a busy day and idrank beer. ha!
I'm down a total of 7 lbs. Yay me. Slow and steady wins the race. I have made some changes.
I've added beans and chicken breast to my diet and have taken out thighs and most breads. *sigh*

Bought a bike (single speed) yesterday!
Yep! things are good. I feel good.

Slow moving today. I dunno why. I'm at work and I feel ok. No groggyness etc. I am a little baffled by why I hit snooze so many times.
Today I am going to Cheeseman with Christian and we'll walk and talk about her business plan. Two of my favorite things with a fun new friend.
oh and yesterday... I had pizza for lunch so I have to update yestrdays lunch. bad bad bad. Oh well tempation is not a friend.
Today I'm definetly making a better choice.
So I went to class last night and they talked about diffrent stretches and movements. Its amazing that people in that class dont move at all. I mean AT ALL. Many have Gout, have had open heart surgery, diabetes, oxygen, canes, I didnt notice how really sick they all were.
It seems that this class is not going to be enough for them. I hope that they are using other options as well.
Me motivating myself... though Im not where I want to be to hav ea walking partner. I have scheduled time with friends to go for walks, and I plan to do it every week. at least twice a week.
And I have asked my facebook friends if they want to join, far and near. that we can do it together. I've had a few responses. Its nice!
Anyhow I really feel like this is a great start...
Oh and I made chicken salad with rosemary and yogurt last night (no not sweet yogurt). Its delish I'm having it for lunch today.
Super short walk this am. I will do more after weight management class tonight. I forgot my binder for class, so I will have to book it home or share. I may just share I doubt I'll get back in time for class.
Trying to find ways to punch up my breakfast. I am getting about 450-600 calories and I want it to be more like 750-800. I HATE BREAKFAST! ha ha I'm not awake enough to want to do it.
Another thing. I'd love for my friends to join me in this... boost of activity. I think it would be nice to see a few notes on progress, and goals. We can help eachother. thats what this page is for!!
So anyway... tomorrow I will be joining the complex gym and checking out a few work out video's from the library. YAY!
went for a walk today, around apt and the park twice.
finally got flip flops. I guess that makes it official... i'm a Coloradan or whatever.
ate a pretty good breakfast, no lunch and a snack wrap from McDonalds (grilled) for dinner.
Not a productive day.

I completed 45 minutes this morning. so tonight after my weight reduction class I will atempt the the other 1:15. Wish me luck.
Oh yea no breakfast... just vanilla roob tea, and green tea. my tummy hurts.
Oh and i'm going to go to the sports shop to buy a volley ball. I should probably buy a basket too. why not? Who doesnt like shooting around I'm sure i can find someone to play with me.
