I completed 45 minutes this morning. so tonight after my weight reduction class I will atempt the the other 1:15. Wish me luck.
Oh yea no breakfast... just vanilla roob tea, and green tea. my tummy hurts.
Oh and i'm going to go to the sports shop to buy a volley ball. I should probably buy a basket too. why not? Who doesnt like shooting around I'm sure i can find someone to play with me.
